My classes are for everyone no matter your experience, age or gender

You don’t need a certain level of fitness or flexibility to take part. Through low impact exercise and precise movement, our practice will:

  • Strengthen and stretch

  • Improve balance

  • Reduce stress

  • Boost overall wellbeing

What I teach

I teach both ‘pure’ Pilates and Pilates-inspired classes which fuse techniques from Pilates, Yoga and meditation to help you invigorate and regenerate your body and mind.

The philosophy at the core of Pilates is that control of the mind is required for control of the body.

As an integrative health coach, I like to explore how complementary practices can be used in combination to improve wellbeing. By teaching ancient disciplines that are informed by modern science, I draw on a range of tools to help you move towards balance in your practice and in your daily life

Upon booking, I’ll ask all new students to complete a confidential enrollment form, to enable me to assess your needs and requirements.

Just come to class wearing close-fitting, comfortable clothes and have an open-mind. Please also bring your own mat & small head cushion or towel.
