What makes Kefi different?

Kefi offers Pilates classes in Norwich, Norfolk that are grounded in a decade of experience.
I’m a professionally trained Pilates and Yoga teacher, Birth and Postpartum Doula, Integrative Health Coach, and Massage Therapist, bringing a whole-person approach to every session.

These classes are designed to support how your body actually works — building strength, improving mobility, reducing stress, and helping you move with more confidence in daily life. The focus is on quality movement, body awareness, and long-term wellbeing.

What I teach

Whether you’re attending a class to build strength, manage stress, support pregnancy, or return to movement after birth, you’ll be guided with clarity, care, and deep understanding of the body.

Kefi is for people in Norwich and Norfolk who want Pilates classes that feel purposeful, supportive, and intelligently taught and supported by evidence.

Classes include All levels Pilates group classes, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Mum & baby Pilates, 1:1’s & Corporate classes.

Upon booking, I’ll ask all new students to complete a confidential enrollment form, to enable me to assess your needs and requirements.

Please also bring your own mat & small head cushion or towel.

    During class I offer clear and concise guidance on adaptations and progression. This approach allows each person to personalise their practice.

  • Bring your babies along to a mum focused Postnatal Pilates class. It's the perfect way to ease back into movement & gently reconnect with your body whilst finding a little headspace, building some confidence, and connecting with a lovely supportive community of mums.

    Expect a combination of Pilates/Yoga and breathing techniques for core, global strength and pelvic floor and relaxation.

    Whether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean these informative classes will help you understand what it means to be postnatal in body & mind.

    Small equipment is provided but please bring your own mat and a blanket or similar for babe to be on.
